How do I view the online Fitness Pole Dancing Lesson Videos

Go back to the home page and log in with your email address as the username and password - you can change the password once you have logged in.

You will then be taken to the home page where you can view or download Pole Dancing Videos

To view online Videos

1. Log in

2. Click on any of the videos you would like to view on the left hand column of the home page

3.  Either click view now for broadband if you have a high speed connection or dial up if you connect via a telephone line. Or download and save to your hard drive, CD-Rom or floppy disc.
